It's Marshallian, but you would still need to determine causality. Perhaps run a Granger Causality Test to determine your LHS and RHS variable(s). Anyway, it's all just notation as my economics professor always says.

There are, of course, other options.

I'm with brooks. Unless 'size' refers to the bra size and not the girls' weights.

I don't see whats wrong with it - yes, a question of causality - As size of doorman increases, size of girl decreases.

Bonus: Price of drinks increase exponentially.
