very interesting representation....I'm buying into the concert idea.... the future for sure will be crowded as the population of the world is soaring and food and resources are growing scrace...but I'm not sure this will be interesting it will be scary...

Yes, but interesting times should also have a reference to pirates. In fact, I was going through the labels. Why is there not a label for pirates?

The funny thing is, the Chinese are credited for "May you live in interesting times.", but there is no historical reference linking the phrase to anyone in Chinese history. It's actually a western quote attributed to the Chinese!

I somehow doubt it's the original source, but I heard (read) "May you live in interesting times" in a Terry Pratchett/Discworld novel.

Well I read a version of "May you live in interesting times" in a Mercedes Lackey book, and it was attributed to the, well, I guess it was some version of Native Americans. So let's just call it "-Anonymous" and get on with our lives.
