A stump speech is one given by a candidate on the campaign trail to get you to vote for them or their issue.
The name comes (or so the legend goes) from politicians standing on tree stumps in village squares so they could be seen and heard by the entire crowd. (Similar origin for the phrase "on a soapbox".)
This site is a little project that lets me make fun of some things and sense of others.
I use it to think a little more relationally without resorting to doing actual math.
