What's a W2...? I'm from the UK so this may be a local thing...

A W2 is a tax form you get from your employer at the beginning of the year. It's used to pay income tax.

Not just a W2, could also be a speeding ticket!

Or notebook paper. :3

anonymous: to clarify a bit more, you get multiple copies, to send to various tax authorities and keep for your own records.

though all of mine have always come on white paper.

W2's go to all classes of workers; white collared, blue collared and pink? collared (unemployed = pink slipped?)

Also, we are all "collared" by the tax man.

I don't think W2's come in blue or pink though.
