I consider the day I realized that my parents were always right (even though it was really, really annoying) to be the day I finally grew up.

LOL! So true...yet so true.

I'm pretty particular about what things I have carried forward from my parents to my own children - but it turns out they were right about almost everything; so I find myself sounding just like my parents.
