Hey, I just gave a big and expensive thank you gift to my department's intern for all his hard work on this last show. I am, for the moment, reprieved from work-for-free-under-the-pretense-of-education time in purgatory.
For some mistreatment, like spousal abuse and child molestation, the slope is sadly perpendicular to the one shown.
I love it! I was actually talking to someone about this the other day - the old saying that goes something along the lines of good customer service means people tell one person, bad customer service means they tell ten people. Bad customer service to a blogger means they tell - who knows how many people. Excellent illustration. Thanks for brightening my day!
