Isn't the point of the Wal-mart greeters that they are seniors who want to have a job that allows them to get out of the house and make some extra income? They appear to me to love their jobs.

I think the guys that love their jobs the most at the supermarket are the Trolley Collecting Cowboys! corralling all those metal steers through the car park must be kinda cool!

I agree with Jacob here. I have seen Walmart greeters run halfway through the store in order to tell somebody "Welcome to Walmart."
