So someone giving flowers, candy, or jewelry is by definition never honest, trustworthy, or loyal? Now that is one good excuse for "forgetting" to get something for your valentine.

No Mathias, it's not necessarily that way.

I don't see the two halves being mutually exclusive, just opposites. Maybe in your definition?

What I got was honesty: I got dumped.

I would have preferred candy...

Let me add my arms to the Group Hug -- dang these are brilliant!

Might I link to your blog? Hate to ask so quickly, but I forget where I've been some days...

Love your style! Consulting background? I hope you do not mind crosslinking your blog.

igive nothing for valentines, but the increased expectations of my so-called significant-other push me towards domestic abuse, so the violence is more probable on that day than others.

You are so getting linked for doing this at the right time!

hmm ... I can't help but wonder how many department stores/supermarket chains made money of loyalty, trust and honesty this Valentine's Day? ;-)

Aaah... if only there wasn't this air of expectation to greet every man on that day ... lol

I got one of A (my birthday is V-day, too, so I asked for expensive Godiva chocolates to gor for both) but more importantly I get everything in B always.
