Just commenting too say I added this too my RSS weeks ago and it has become the first thing I check out when I'm opening my mailclient. Just incredible how you keep finding inspiration. I will keep track of this forever.
I recently found this via a link Wil Wheaton put up in his blog. Been scrolling through your archives, and I have to say...this stuff is great. Keep it up!

Does this mean that somebody with an extremely high IQ wouldn't be able to keep their comatose workers?
Oh, I totally think it is a parabola. You want your boss to be sorta smart, but when they are REALLY FUCKING SMART, they should not be the boss, they should be an individual contributor making a shitload of money, not expecting miracles out of my not-quite-genius-but-decently-clever ass.
Dude, that's so true... I hate bosses and their stupid inferiority complex.
