I do not know which century your data was drawn from; modern day bras do not have metallic wires or set off detectors. I should know! Besides the point B should really be along the Y-axis right above A; that is how it works in practice with DD/ E. Again I should know!
Nope, I must disagree. I wear a DD and I've had trouble in Denmark, Spain, Germany, and just once in the US. (in Denver. go figure.)In Denmark, they had a nice little room and two women to do a quick semi-strip search. All very businesslike and streamlined. In Denver... not so much.
